Top-down, Seamless, Raglan

Construction

“Eva” is a cold shoulder Raglan sweater, which is worked top down seamlessly in one piece with 4 raglan lines. It starts with a Neck Band, then Body and Sleeves are formed by increasing stitches along 4 raglan lines until underarms. At underarm level the stitches for the Sleeves are put on hold and the Body is worked in the round to the bottom. Then the stitches for the Sleeves are picked up around the armhole and worked in the round down to the cuffs.

• 1 (2, 3).
• Bust Circumference: 82-89 (90-97, 98-107) cm / 32.5-35 (35.5-38, 38.5-42)’’.
• To be worn with up to 5-10 cm / 2 – 4” positive ease. Width – 50 (55, 60) cm.

Recommended Yarn

• FILPUCCI (70%Angora, 10% Merino; 100g/750m) – 250 (300; 350) g.
• Önling No 1 (75% Merino, 25% Angora; 180m/50 g); 5 (6;7) balls.
• Drops Alpaca Boucle (140m/153 yds per 50 g) – 5.5 (6.5; 7.5) balls.
• Drops Kid-Silk (200m/ 219 yds per 25 g) + Drops Flora (210m/ 230 yds per 50g) – 4/4 (5/5, 6/6) balls.
• LanaGrossa Per Fortuna (190m/ 208 yds per 50 g) – 5 (6; 7) balls.

Required Tools

Circular Needles: 5mm/US8, 4mm/US6, 3.5mm/US4, 3mm/US2.5 (40cm & 60 cm length).

Gauge

17 sts * 22 rows = 10 cm/ 4” in St st on 5 mm needles after blocking.
