Technique

Bottom-up, In the round, Worked flat

Construction

Pullover is worked seamlessly bottom up in one piece to the underarms. Fronts and Back are divided and worked separately to the shoulder. The shoulders are shaped with W&T short rows. The Sleeves’ stitches are picked up from the armholes and worked in the round down to the cuffs.

Sizes

• 1 (2), S-M (M-L)
• Bust Circumference: 82-96 (96 -112) cm / 32.25 – 38 (38 – 44)’’
• To be worn with up to 25-30cm / 10 – 12” positive ease (oversize).

Recommended Yarn

Original:

• Mohair Cervinia (80% Kid Mohair, 20% Polyamide; 250 m/ 219 yds per 100g) – 230g (285g).
• You may use any fluffy mohair yarn in approximate yardage (200-250 m per 100g) to substitute.

Alternative yarn:

• Debbie Bliss Nell (100 m per 50g) – 6 (7.5) skeins.
• Scheepjes Mohair Rhythm (200 m per 25g) – 12 (15) skeins (worked with 4 strands held together).

Required Tools

Circular Needles: 8 mm/ US 11 and 7 mm (40cm/16” and 80 cm/ 32” length).

Gauge

9 sts * 14 rows = 10 cm/ 4” in St st on 8 mm needles after blocking.
