Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

1. General Provisions

This Policy describes the refund policy for digital goods (knitting master-classes) purchased on the website trendsknitting.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned by FOP Panasiuk Natalia Oleksandrivna (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

2. Nature of the Product

The Seller provides digital goods (master-classes) that do not have a physical medium. The service of providing access to these materials is considered fully rendered from the moment the Seller sends the Buyer an access link (to Google Drive) to the email address specified when placing the order.

3. Refund Policy

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’,” goods classified as “non-reproducible goods recorded on information media” (such as digital files, master-classes, e-books), of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

  • 3.1. By making a purchase on the Site, the Buyer confirms that they are informed and agree that after receiving access to the digital product, the funds paid are non-refundable.
  • 3.2. The service is considered duly and fully rendered from the moment the Seller sends the email with the access link to the Buyer’s email.

4. Exceptional Situations

  • 4.1. Non-receipt of Email: If the Buyer does not receive the email with the access link within 24 hours of payment, they must check their “Spam” folder. If the email is not there, the Buyer must contact the Seller at nataliapanasiuk8@gmail.com to have the link resent. Non-receipt of the email (provided it was actually sent by the Seller) is not grounds for a refund.
  • 4.2. Incorrect Email Address: The Seller is not responsible and does not issue refunds if the Buyer provided an incorrect or inactive email address when placing the order and, for this reason, did not receive access to the Product.
