Terms and Conditions (Public Offer)

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

This document is an official proposal (public offer) from FOP Panasiuk Natalia Oleksandrivna (Tax ID 3020124001), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” to any person, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer,” to conclude a contract for the sale of goods remotely via the online store at trendsknitting.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. General Provisions

  • 1.1. This contract is public, meaning that in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers.
  • 1.2. The “Product” under this contract refers to digital goods (author’s knitting master-classes in PDF, video, or other digital formats) presented for sale on the Site.
  • 1.3. By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer.

2. Placing and Paying for an Order

  • 2.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the Site by adding the selected Products to the cart.
  • 2.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the order (especially the email address).
  • 2.3. Payment is made as a 100% prepayment using the payment systems available on the Site (including WayForPay).
  • 2.4. An order is considered accepted for execution by the Seller only after the full payment amount is credited to the Seller’s account.

3. Terms of Product (Service) Delivery

  • 3.1. The Product is digital and is not subject to physical delivery by mail.
  • 3.2. After receiving successful payment for the order, the Seller grants the Buyer access to the digital Product (master-class files hosted on the Google Drive cloud service).
  • 3.3. Access is granted manually by the Seller within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of successful payment.
  • 3.4. The access link is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
  • 3.5. The Seller is not responsible for failure to provide access if the Buyer provided an incorrect or inactive email address.
  • 3.6. The Seller’s obligation is considered fulfilled at the moment the email with the access link is sent to the email address specified by the Buyer.

4. Intellectual Property

  • 4.1. All master-classes (Products) on the Site are the intellectual property of the Seller (FOP Panasiuk Natalia Oleksandrivna).
  • 4.2. The Buyer receives the right for personal, non-commercial use of the Product.
  • 4.3. IT IS PROHIBITED: to transfer access to third parties, copy, resell, distribute, or publish the Product or any of its parts in any form (including posting on social media, forums, or in group buys).

5. Refund Policy

  • 5.1. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, digital goods (such as files, e-books, master-classes) that have been duly delivered to the Buyer are not subject to return or exchange.
  • 5.2. By making a payment, the Buyer agrees that after access to the digital Product is granted (link to Google Drive is sent), the service is considered fully rendered, and no refund will be issued.
